The Hub Multisport Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account where safeguarding concerns arise or where user conduct may place another individual at risk.

Parents, guardians, coaches, and authorised practitioners are expected to act in the best interests of the young person at all time.

Where required by applicable law, users under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account, accessing services, or submitting personal information.

By registering a minor for HubSport services, the parent or guardian confirms that:

• They have authority to provide consent on behalf of the child.
• The information provided is accurate and complete.
• They understand how personal information will be collected, processed, and stored.
• They consent to the collection and processing of the child's information for the purposes outlined within the Privacy Policy.

Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Approved coaches, practitioners, and authorised personnel who access athlete information through the platform must:

• Act in the best interests of children and young people at all times.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and data protection standards.
• Use athlete information only for legitimate educational, development, and performance-support purposes.
• Report safeguarding concerns immediately through the designated safeguarding contact.
• Comply with HubSport policies, applicable law, and recognised safeguarding standards.

Access to athlete assessment data, training load information, and maturation data is restricted to authorised individuals with a legitimate need to view the information.

HubSport is committed to promoting safe online participation for children and young people using our platform.

Users must not use the platform to harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit others, or to share content that could place a child or vulnerable person at risk.

Parents, guardians, coaches, and practitioners should supervise young users' online activity where appropriate and encourage responsible use of platform communications and features.

We may monitor platform activity where necessary to protect user safety, enforce our policies, and respond to safeguarding concerns.

Any safeguarding concerns relating to the welfare of a child or vulnerable individual should be reported immediately to HubSport through the designated safeguarding contact.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services without delay.

When reporting a concern to HubSport, please provide as much relevant information as possible to help us respond appropriately.

The Hub Multisport Limited will review safeguarding reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include suspending accounts, restricting access, or escalating concerns to relevant authorities where required by law.
