Athlete assessment information may be collected through questionnaires and platform activities.

Training load information may be entered by subscribers, athletes, coaches, or authorised users.

Maturation information may be entered by authorised practitioners, providers, coaches, or administrators.

This information is used to support:

• Athlete education
• Athlete development
• Performance planning
• Training monitoring
• Personalised programme delivery

Users are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and up to date.

Participation in physical activity, training programmes, and performance activities involves inherent risks.

Users should seek appropriate medical advice before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or performance programme.

HubSport accepts no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, or adverse outcomes resulting from participation in activities undertaken through the platform.

All content, materials, videos, graphics, branding, resources, documents, educational materials, and software remain the property of HubSport unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Sell
• Modify
• Commercially share

any platform content without prior written permission.

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Upload unlawful content
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Disrupt platform operations
• Circumvent platform security measures

HubSport reserves the right to suspend access for violations of these requirements.

Where applicable:

• Subscription fees must be paid in accordance with the selected membership plan.
• Subscription fees may be recurring and are payable in advance unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
• Memberships may automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Where memberships or subscriptions are purchased online, users may be entitled to a statutory cancellation period in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

HubSport is committed to complying with UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Users may cancel future subscription renewals through their account settings or by contacting HubSport.

Unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase:

• Subscription fees are payable in advance.
• Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Access to paid services continues until the end of the current subscription period.
• Cancellation prevents future renewals only.

Where users request immediate access to digital content or services, they acknowledge that certain cancellation rights may be limited once the digital content has been accessed or consumed, as permitted under UK consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HubSport shall not be liable for:

• Consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Performance outcomes

HubSport may suspend or terminate user access where:

• These Terms are breached
• Platform misuse occurs
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Safeguarding concerns arise
• Unlawful activity is identified

HubSport is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all users, particularly children and young people.

Where services are provided to individuals under the age of 18, HubSport takes reasonable steps to ensure that activities, communications, and interactions are conducted in accordance with recognised safeguarding principles and best practices.

Parents, guardians, coaches, and authorised practitioners are expected to act in the best interests of the young person at all times.

Any safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately through the designated safeguarding contact. HubSport reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where safeguarding concerns arise or where user conduct may place another individual at risk. HubSport may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform together with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
